Quirindi Motorcycle Club 2009 racing season finishes - posted 30 October, 2009

What a great finish to a year. This motorcycle season has been very kind to us with only a few accidents throughout the year. Our attendance figures have been excellent which would reflect from the great facilities that riders and spectators get to enjoy. Thanks to everyone who helped in anyway, track maintenance, canteen ladies, BBQ cooks, lap scorers, starters, finishes, flaggies and officials. Without all your help our event would never run as smooth as it always does.

This year we had Jarrod Davidson take home the Stu Johnson Memorial Trophy for junior encouragement. It is a great honour to be presented this award. Jarrod has been riding motorbikes at Quirindi from the age of 4 years old.

Jhi Keegan had a mighty year this year and taken home the Clubman award for the highest points. We had Jamie Bailey and Cody Wirth also receiving an encouragement award from the club. Keep up the great work boys.
